I'm not going to record my food anymore. I eat clean whole foods when I'm hungry and I stop when I'm full. I don't want to focus on the food in this manner anymore, so this is the next logical step of growth for me. Eating lots of fresh fruit keeps my cravings away completely, so this has been key for me.
Anyhow, I enjoy the FS community, so I will continue to check in and see what y'all are up to, but no more calorie counting for me.
