With the snow and ice we have had here in north Texas any exercise has been out. I can't exercise in the house anymore since the baby's stuff takes up so much floor space. I have concentrated on no junk food, eating healthy at home and when we ate out yesterday. It has worked! I have managed to lose about 3.5 pounds just this week!
