Oh my word I am so excited that I am within 10 pounds of my goal! It is by no means the end of my journey, just back into the somewhat dubious definition of a "normal" BMI (since I am neither large boned, terribly muscular or otherwise exceptional the BMI chart is a useful index for me to use). I was so out of touch with what was normal for my body that I now have the strange task of discovering what a normal weight will be for me. I guess that once I finish up this initial goal I will just set 10 pound incremental goals until it feels finished. I would love to hear how others handled this challenge or how you sorted out what was to be your final goal.
