I am definitely a junk-food lightweight now, especially compared to how much I used to be able to eat. Just a day and half of Christmas binging and I'm absolutely sick of cake, chocolate, cookies, potato chips and booze. Genuinely relieved to get back on track again today!

Yep - a little goes a long way now after eating clean, doesn't it? I found myself wanting to spit out 'green bean casserole' the other day like some toddler... just couldn't handle all the salt & dried onions.
