Looks like such a wonderful soup! Love the idea of using smoked chicken in here. I make something similar with kale, white beans, mushrooms, and chicken sausage. Is there a little cream in here? Or vino?

No country roots but ham hocks are beautiful thing. Especially, hocks from pigs finished on hazelnuts❣️😋 And all my plates are healthy. 😉
