Doctor's scale weighed me 6 pounds heavier than home, but that is because I had my tennis shoes on and jeans - fully clothed. The doctor did mention the weight loss, didn't think she'd notice, but asked me how I was doing it. Told her I was eating and exercising, that eating once a day wasn't cutting it before and she said, "Isn't it funny how NOT eating much actually doesn't work?!" I'm happy, I did my start weight on here with my home scale so 30 pounds is gone.
