not sure what I am doing wrong. I am eating veggies and I am always over in my net carbs. This is getting really frustrating. I don't think I am doing this wrong. I get my protein and fat and then I alway have my veggies.

i took a look at your diet calendar you might want to switch to ultra pastorised whipping cream it has no carbs (but you have to check the label before buying some of them do have carbs) then cut down on some of the sweetners that you are using you have a lot of extra carbs other than your veggies also i would watch the atkins shakes and bars they can cause stalls.

you might also be careful of the processed meats like the honey ham, that has added sugar.
