well I did it finally! Today I weigh 145.6. Its a day late but it there. Now I just gotta gotta gotta exercise 30 minutes a day until this baby comes lol! All I did was drink water, didn't eat any and I do mean any sugars since Sunday, exefcised 2 of the 3 days, and ate fruit for snack of course coupled with eating healthy. Those old habits creep back up fast!
