So, I realize eating once an hour on the weekends isn't goingt to work and instead of having a cheat day I'm going to have cheat afternoons. I do good all week, but I offically drop the ball on friday night. This week it was because I went to long without eating.This week is a holiday, so I know at least one day is a done deal! But for the long term, I'm just going to try and make better selections on weekends and plan for my comfort meals later in the day. I also notice, that when I binge on carbs I have trouble sleeping at night!
