Jornal de TX Sweet T, 13 set 10

Well today is the first day of a new challenge. I think I can keep the food under control, now if I can just muster up the energy to get the activity under control.

The day is winding down and I have drank 32 oz of water. A few more to go.

Gotta get up and Zumba.

WOOHOO!!!! Got myself up and did the ZUMBA 20 minutes express work out. Haven't sweat like that in a while. If I can keep this one up all week, by next week maybe I can get back to the hour long ZUMBA Live or the ZUMBA cardio.

You can do it. Activity is definately my vice as I work a desk job and when I am off, I go home to the kids. We are going to start an activity session in the morning. Can't Wait!

I work in a small police dispatch center and we work 12 hr days and I am usually pretty tired when I get home. I am thinking about getting the weight watchers virtual jump rope to use at work, that and a pedometer so that on the days that we get to take our lunch break I can walk. It helps when I can see how many steps I take. Thanks for the encouragement!!!

I have 0 bit of coordination. I could never do line dancing. Is that what ZUMBA is like?
