I’m able to workout on the elliptical again!
Was struggling with a very sore heal for the past 3 weeks. I had to start with a 30 minute workout on Monday & then was able to make it through the 45 minute 1025 calorie workout tonight. Feels great to be back in the saddle again. 🐴

Went out for lunch today with a colleague & there weren’t many healthy options on the menu so I ordered a small veggie pizza. Now the old me would have easily finished it & then had an order of fries & washed its all down with a Coke. 🐷

I only ate 1/2 of the 12” pizza & took the rest to go. Even 1/2 of a small pizza put a serious dent in my daily allowance. I still love pizza 🍕 but I’m loving the results of this app even more.
