Surprised at the weight loss this morning. I ate a lot of extra calories yesterday and the only exercise I got was 6 hours of hosting at the restaurant. I am not complaining however.
This morning I have committed myself to doing a half hour workout every morning on line. It is for old folks so I should be able to do it. Doesn't do any good to lose the weight if I don't tighten things up and try to get rid of some of the flab. Even though I work hard in the hard lifting heavy bags of soil etc. I am really feeling the workout right now. Hope tomorrow will be better.
