My RDI is suppose to be 1300 calories a day. Yesterday is a good example of why there is something wrong with this number. I had 1118 total intake and gained a pound. I eat a lot of the foods that are suppose to boost my metabolism. Where am I going wrong? Today's intake will be around 813. Will see how that works out. I don't eat any packaged food. I make everything from scratch. I am tired of this plateau that I have been sitting on for a week.
