Well I made it through week 1. Yesterday was the hardest, breakfast at a restaurant that was serving the most heavenly french toast and fried potatoes, but I stayed strong and enjoyed my omelet & coffee. I finished the day with another challenge and found myself on a school bus full of high school kids at VooDoo Doughnuts. My efforts paid off. Dropped 9 lbs in the first week following Atkins as closely as I could. I feel pretty darn good both physically and mentally and ready for week 2.
