So today's the day we go to moms for Christmas dinner, no potatoes no gravey and lots of veggies, and white meat (turkey of course) I'm not going to log my food diary until I get back home that way I can be as accurate as possible for what I have eaten. Going to fill up on water until we go then I shouldn't bee too hungry and over eat tonight.
