Started my new job last week. I'm walking around and on my feet for 5 hours so I'm hoping that will aid me in my weight loss. I walk to work so that's just added exercise. Scale says I'm down 1 pound so that's exciting being that I haven't seen a change at all in months. Not sure if its as accurate as a digital scale, but I'm takin it! I've been a little off track diet wise since I started my period but I'm still doing good. Toddles 😃
