I'm drinking 4 x 591ml of water a day, I've been watching my calorie intake and I'm averaging 900 - 1300 calories a day. I think I need to do some more research to try and see how many crabs i need to be getting to support the amount of exercise I'm doing every day. I average anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours a day. I just want to be sure I'm burning fat and not muscle. I'm getting a little scared as i seem to have plateau and my first mini goal is coming up on the 24th of this month. So in order to meet my 178 mark by that date, i need to be averaging about 1pound a day loss.
