I survived the last couple of weeks!!! YAY ME!! Seriously, more stress, passive aggressiveness, and bad food dangled in front of me...just general unhealthy, uncomfortable atmosphere. BUT I stood strong and showed I mean business. So yeah, sabotage away...I'm not falling for it!! I didn't lose anything...main thing, I didn't gain!!! Held my own. I think that was the most important lesson. I stuck to my food preferences and tried to squeeze in a very little bit of exercise. I was conscious of my choices. Being conscious and proactive is proof this battle WILL be conquered.
