I miss crunch more than sweet or starchy. what does everyone eat that's not sweet or full of carbs that still satisfies the missing crunchy factor? Please don't say celery or carrots. Been there, done that, over them!

Cheese crisps made at home (3/4 cup shredded mixed cheese & 1/4 cup parmesan - put in tablespoon circles on parchment paper - bake at 375 - when they start to brown at the edges they're done). I can seriously eat the whole batch of those, or I buy Whisps from Costco - (parmesan crisps) - 15 pieces 7 g fat, 1 g carbs, 9 g protein - also good - I pack these in my purse for when I'm on the go...

Okay everyone, I see a few things here that I plan to try. Never thought of pickles but yes, crunch, cold, and I do love Kosher dills. Hey those cheese "chips" sound great. I think I'll try making them first. I'm not a vegetarian but don't eat pork or beef so those bacon, pork rind, beef jerky ideas I'll pass on to my hubby, who does. I do eat nuts, but that crunch just isn't the same as chips. I tried some beet chips, not paying close attention, they are good but forgot that beets are sweet, oops too many carbs in too few chips. Thanks for all your ideas. The people on this site always have such great ideas and tips. ☺
