My strategy of eating foods I genuinely enjoy, rather than those that are "good" or "best" for losing weight, seems to be paying off. I find that I am much less hungry, and I don't have that feeling of deprivation that I have had the last several times when I've tried to diet. I've got a couple of major events coming up that might be a challenge, but I feel I'm up to it.
